Location : Michigan (exact location upon submission)

Start Date : August 2, 2025 Credentialing : 90 days

Shift : 11 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM Setting : Critical Access Hospital

Position Highlights

  • APP works autonomously with MD support onsite
  • Patient Volume : 20 / day
  • ED Beds : 25 Annual Volume : 20,000
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Provisional Level IV Trauma
  • 24 / 7 Radiology, Lab, and Surgical Services (including Ortho)
  • Transfers go to Bay Med (40 min) or Lansing (1 hr 15 min)

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Active license (state details upon request)
  • Comfortable working independently in a rural ED
  • Experience in emergency settings preferred
