Position Responsibilities

Lead a team of QA analysts, promoting collaboration and driving peak performance.

Serve as the liaison for Test Automation with QA and IT leadership, ensuring our goals align with the organization's vision.

Prioritize and delegate QA tasks effectively.

Strike a balance between hands-on testing and strategic oversight to maintain quality and efficiency.

Establish and implement best practices, policies, and procedures aimed at optimizing QA processes.

Monitor and report on quality metrics, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 3 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

Expertise in automated test frameworks including Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST-assured, and more.

Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, or Python.

Strong understanding of SQL, API testing, and Agile methodologies.
