Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served.
- Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
- Serve the standard menu.
- Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
- Clean the table & section when dinner service is complete.
Qualification Requirements :
At least 18 years of age.Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands :
Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
