Required Skills and Experience

Senior-level experience with the ability to lead teams, drive discovery meetings, and perform requirements validation.

Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with strong Salesforce Admin skills.

Strong background in OmniStudio development, including hands-on work with OmniScripts, Cards, Templates, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

Experience in Public Sector Foundation / Public Sector Solutions or hands-on experience with OmniStudio.

Experience with data integration and migration within Salesforce / OmniStudio environments.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive, lead, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
