A company is looking for an SMB Enterprise Sales Director for the West region.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead strategic efforts to build and close new business across SMB Enterprise Employer Accounts in the West
Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, and partners regarding heart health
Facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to the Customer Success team and assist with upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in field sales in the employer's benefits or wellness space
Established network of professional contacts to build new pipeline quickly
Successful sales history with consistent 100% quota attainment for the past 3+ years
Experience selling directly, via channel partners, and consultants
Flexibility to travel approximately 20% of the time
