Position Overview

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading bothR eal Estate sales and Club Membership sales , driving growth and enhancing WindRivers reputation as the regions leading luxury lifestyle community. This role will lead a high-performing team, set and execute strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver exceptional experiences to both buyers and members.

What You'll Do :

• Drive sales strategy across real estate and Club Membership verticals, setting and achieving KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
• Manage the full sales cycle : discovery tours, contracts, closings, and onboarding.
• Build regional relationships through events, partnerships, and networking.
• Deliver a luxury client and member experience consistent with WindRivers brand.
