Business Development Representative

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Business Development Representative located in Ridley Park, PA; Denver, CO, or Berkeley, MO. Position responsibilities include :
- Coordinating with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Coordinating with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages
- Developing and managing capture budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring proper resource allocation throughout the capture process
- Leveraging company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth by developing a general understanding of Boeing products and services, process and operations and resources
- Capturing and documenting general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by researching available resources, web-sites and publications
- Assisting in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concerns
- Assisting in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources for specific products and solutions with minimal guidance
- Evaluating processes that can be improved, making recommendations to the internal team, and executing such projects
- Assisting in the preparation of management review materials
- Assisting in the preparation of internal presentations and supporting material
- Gathering and compiling strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics with guidance
- Supporting creation of presentation materials and management review packages
- Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; Salesforce
- Role will work directly with the identified Divisions Leadership and Sales team regularly
- Special projects and ad hoc tasks are assigned as needed
Basic qualifications (required skills / experience) :
Bachelor's DegreeExperience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns5+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related fieldAble to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the timePreferred qualifications (desired skills / experience) :
