Insurance Verification Associate

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Associate to verify insurance coverage and maintain medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Answer questions from customers, clerical staff, insurance companies, and physician offices

Make outbound calls to obtain documentation for reimbursement of orders shipped

Verify customer benefits and submit authorizations to multi-state payers across various platforms

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years of customer service experience required

Relative reimbursement and / or billing and collections experience preferred
