Vice President, Global Supplier Services

Global Supplier Services (GSS) unites Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations, and Accounts Payable, managing source to pay processes and providing strong risk management and client engagement. The GSS team collaborates with Line of Business colleagues to identify suppliers, lead sourcing, and negotiate contracts, ensuring efficient, cost-effective procurement globally.
As the Vice President within the Global Supplier Services team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client management program relationships at a sub-LOB level to ensure service level expectations are met. You will manage and monitor compliance with Third Party Program standards, provide central oversight for business engagement requests, and support the timely completion of tasks. Your responsibilities will include training managers on GSS processes, supporting governance and compliance requirements, and building strong stakeholder engagement models. You will also partner with the global SOS team and work on ad-hoc projects to further mature third-party processes and achieve operational efficiencies.
