Job Title : Basket Apprentice (Welder – Non-Typical Welding)

Location : Sapulpa, OK

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

We are currently hiring 2 Basket Apprentices to join our Shop in Sapulpa! This is a great opportunity for welders who are ready to step into a unique and specialized craft — fabricating precision-engineered baskets used in industrial filtration. Soldering experience is a must.

What You’ll Do :

Learn to solder fine mesh and TIG weld perforated metal as part of our custom basket fabrication process

Assist with layout, assembly, and final welding under the guidance of experienced technicians

Master techniques not commonly used in traditional welding roles — this is not your average welding job

Read and interpret work instructions and drawings with close attention to detail

What We’re Looking For :

Soldering Experience

Prior welding experience (TIG preferred)

Willingness to learn a very hands-on, detail-oriented trade

Dependable and punctual team players who take pride in high-quality work

Why This Role is Unique :

This is a hard-to-find skillset in the welding world. You'll be trained to build heavy-duty filtration baskets that are fully welded and soldered — no spot welding here. If you or you know someone with soldering experience, or who’s eager to learn a specialty weld, we want to talk to them.
