A company is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee online booking and digital commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the operational support for online booking tools (OBTs) and ensure alignment with client needs and operational efficiency
Analyze and optimize web services / API integrations and manage booking flows across multiple platforms
Lead the e-commerce service support team, developing SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality client service
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in travel technology, focusing on online booking and digital commerce
Deep expertise with online booking tools and multi-source environments (GDS, Directs)
Hands-on experience with Amadeus and web services / API integrations (SOAP / REST, XML / JSON)
Proven leadership in managing service support teams within a travel technology provider
Familiarity with NDC, Edifact, and direct supplier APIs
