Payroll & Compensation Administration

Support payslip loading and distribution

Assist with compensation adjustments and payroll data validation

Benefits Administration

Coordinate health benefits administration and issue resolution

Manage employee reimbursements and dependent verification

Handle retirement and pension plan data entry and audits

Performance Management

Administer performance review cycles

Generate and distribute performance reports

Learning Administration

Support registration and access for learning programs

Maintain learning portal content and user access

Audit & Compliance

Fulfill internal and external data audit requests

Perform regular document management and data purging tasks

Ensure compliance with data governance and retention policies
