Position Overview

As an Apprentice / Junior Technician, you've completed (or bypassed) our probationary stage, or you bring 612 months of related experience (construction, cleaning, etc.). You'll assist in equipment setup, documentation, and customer interactions as you expand your restoration knowledge, possibly pursuing key IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, FSRT).

Key Responsibilities

• Help senior techs handle water extractions, fire damage clean-up, and mold remediation tasks.
• Set up / monitor drying equipment, take moisture readings, and maintain basic documentation.
• Support new hires on simpler tasks, though no formal supervisory authority yet.
• Uphold safety protocols at job sites, including proper PPE usage.
