Job Responsibilities

• HVAC Installations Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems with a high level of quality craftsmanship
• System Startups Perform system startup on newly installed HVAC systems to ensure proper operation, troubleshoot any issues, and verify the system functions at peak efficiency
• Customer Communication Engage with homeowners to provide consistent, high-level customer service, explaining the installation process, system operation, and answering questions
• Quality Control Ensure installations meet company standards, building codes, and industry regulations, while maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail
• Documentation Complete required paperwork for each job, including system installation details, materials used, and final inspection reports
• Training & Mentoring Lead and mentor junior installers, ensuring team members maintain high standards and are trained on best practices
• Safety & Compliance Follow safety protocols, national codes, and local building regulations to ensure safe and compliant installations
• Service Titan Use Service Titan or similar trade software to track jobs, document progress, and update service records
• Problem Solving Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
