Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Tuba City, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Two (2) year clinical nurse and / or operating room practical experience required Valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States Does not require AZ state license, RN license from any state is acceptable Required certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association within six (6) months of hire National institutes of Health (NIH)-NIHSS-NIH stroke scale must be completed within 6 months of hire Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) by the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI) must be completed within 1 year of hire Trauma Nurse core courses (TNCC) within two (2) years of hire Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
