• Monday - Thursday schedule, 8am - 5pm with lunch break
• 14 follow-up and 2 new patients daily
• 2 weeks on / off schedule with 1-2 hours weekly remote in-basket work
• Call coverage 2 weekends per month plus weekday evening call
• Outpatient-focused practice with some call responsibilities
• Long-term coverage opportunity
