Chief of Staff to the CEO

Chief Of Staff

We are looking for a talented Chief of Staff to join our team. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with Jon, our co-founder / CEO, focused on finance, talent, and growth, to drive strategic initiatives and support the leadership in scaling the company.

What You'll Do

Support the CEO's workload and prioritization of time by managing the flow of information, resolving issues, and providing analysis and advice on key issues.

CEO's sidekick with full access to both founder's email, calendar, shadowing critical meetings, leading critical business functions.

Internal Glue - Serve as a central hub for internal communications, ensuring alignment among teams as the company grows.

Assist the CEO and leadership team with Board of Director and Board of Trustees communications and activities such as board decks, presentations, board meeting agendas, and other needs.

Lead and manage key strategic projects from initiation to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams.

About You

Worked in business / operations and strategy for 3+ years

Previous experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment.
