Senior Marketing & Sales Operations Consultant (Digital) at Caterpillar Inc.

Join Caterpillar to contribute to digital marketing operational excellence within the Distribution Center of Excellence (DCOE) and the Marketing & Sales Excellence Program (MSEP). You will work with the Americas Distribution & Services Division (ADSD) to support dealer networks across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, with a focus on enabling digital marketing capabilities and improving dealer services growth.

What You Will Do

  • Assist District evaluation of dealer digital marketing capabilities to drive consistency throughout the assigned region.
  • Partner with Districts to develop and execute action plans for dealer digital marketing capabilities.
  • Support Districts and dealers with strategic engagement and implementation of digital marketing capabilities, focusing on tools and online solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance customer engagement and experience.
  • Drive dealer usage of marketing automation tools to boost online engagement, trigger personalized customer journeys, and monitor behavior to increase active retail customers.
  • Work with Districts and dealers to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing-sales funnel through CRM systems, define processes and KPIs for a customer-centric approach, and maintain an accurate customer database.
  • Develop expertise to advise districts and dealers on process improvement for customer retention, activation, nurturing campaigns, and lead development and follow-through.
  • Evaluate training needs of field representatives and dealer personnel and leverage existing materials to satisfy digital marketing training requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Basic Requirements

  • Relationship Management : Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts and industry strategies.
  • Previous experience with Caterpillar's dealer network and in-field roles.
  • Experience in marketing operations and sales support.
