The Chief of Staff team supporting Growth and Emerging Businesses works with executive leaders from across the company to drive the vision and strategy for the President. As the Business Strategist, you focus on identifying growth opportunities for our key products, tracking market trends and competitors, delivering insights on critical business decisions, and supporting board and earnings outputs. This position works closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Works closely with internal stakeholders to understand key business issues, structure and perform complex analyses, and influence key decisions.
• Synthesizes recommendations and understands their impact on the business.
• Constructs executive-level presentations and presents complex findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
• Identifies company and competitor trends impacting TFB and delivers insights to executives across the organization.
• Builds financial and other decision-making models such as market share and business case estimates.
• Works with cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive change.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities, such as Earnings Call and Board of Directors preparations.
• Crafts messaging tailored to specific audiences including summarizing past performance results and future growth initiatives.
• Supports chief of staff team and functional leaders on ad-hoc team deliverables.
• Also responsible for other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Base Pay Range : $94,000 - $169,600 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
