Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Agency Development Managers to align with growth goals

Conduct call monitoring and provide coaching to improve sales techniques and team performance

Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new agencies, ensuring effective training and support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Strong understanding of the insurance industry and agency partner acquisition

Experience with independent insurance agents and large agency networks

Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with agency management systems
