DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor production, operations, costs, and profitability of wells in area of responsibility
- Design and implement facility operation and well workover plans and procedures
- Generate and review capital / expense AFE's for facility, workover, and regulatory expenditures
- Identify production inefficiencies and develop / direct well intervention activities
- Develop plans for product recovery and treatment (artificial lift, facilities, pipelines, utilities, chemical treatment, etc.)
- Select facility and artificial lift equipment to safely maximize production and efficiency
- Provide training and resources to accomplish production goals
- Assure compliance with governmental requirements and company policies
- Provide expert testimony for regulatory hearings
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Spotfire
Experience with Wellview, Rodstar, Xspoc, Aries, Cygnet is a plusStrong leadership skills; able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining focus on the bottom line
Assembling and presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited University.Professional Engineer License is a plusMinimum of five years related industry experiencePrevious leadership, project management, or supervisory experience is preferredFirst Aid / CPR CertificationH2S TrainingJ-18808-Ljbffr
