SAP PTM / EWM Analyst

Alcami recently went through an S4 go live and they need a functional analyst dedicated to their PTM / EWM modules. They need this person to work directly with high level business partners and configure the modules based on what the business needs.

The seasoned SAP PTM / EWM Functional Specialist is accountable for driving operational excellence through the optimization of SAP S / 4HANA processes, specifically in the Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

areas. This position plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing our SAP landscape following our recent go-live on RISE with SAP. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional subject matter expert, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to

stabilize, support, and evolve our manufacturing and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

Act as the SAP functional lead for PTM and EWM processes in a live RISE with SAP environment.

Configure and enhance SAP S / 4HANA modules : PP-PI, and EWM to support manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation of enhancements post-go-live.

Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient and compliant SAP solutions.

Support and optimize key SAP activities including process order management, batch management, warehouse staging, MRP, and stock handling.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP, EWM, MM, and QM modules.

Partner with developers on functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and Fiori apps.

Support testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) and lead defect resolution activities.

Document configuration, write SOPs, and provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.

Ensure compliance with cGMP / GxP standards and support system validation where necessary.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in future SAP rollout phases

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of Plan-to-Manufacture processes, shop floor execution, and warehouse operations in SAP.

Ability to design and support SAP solutions that meet compliance and operational needs.

Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and end-user training.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with minimal supervision.

High attention to detail, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Good business acumen.

High level of personal & professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic.

1st Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.

Conversion salary MAX $150K

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $72.00 / hr.
