About the Position :

The Operations Manager will be a part of our airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and leading and driving the daily operations of a team of hourly Ambassadors. The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a hands-on coach for security, customer service and sales.

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
