Strategy & Operations Analyst
Hallcon is a transportation and infrastructure services company serving clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation networks, and more.
Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal shuttle operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, EV Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS), technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This Analyst will support the COO and CEO by performing operational and financial analysis, developing business case decks, and managing strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong proficiency in integrating, analyzing, and visualizing data from a variety of data sources for executive stakeholders, with the ability to summarize key findings and recommendations. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can learn the business quickly without significant oversight.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and recommend business models for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
- Prepare Microsoft Excel models with proficient P / L impact levers for easy what-if analysis
- Develop critical business metrics and build executive level scorecards
- Develop strategic business and operational recommendations based on data-driven, fact-based evidence and findings
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint, Excel, Word deliverables with strategic themes and recommendations
- Actively identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations
- Work independently with minimal direction and focused vision
- Collaborate effectively with team members spanning diverse responsibilities
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience collaborating with C-level executive stakeholdersAt least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel, Pivots, Power Pivots, and advanced Excel data visualization functions (mastery-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel applications)Hyper-productive contributor with solid proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Word is essential (mastery of complex calendars, checklists for impeccable follow-through)Demonstrated experience developing analytical models with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), SQL data environments is a plusStrong problem-solving skills, articulated by highly-effective written and verbal communicationStrong project management experience with the ability to lead and drive outcomes related to strategic initiativesAsserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, owns deadlinesExperience in the transportation, logistics, or consulting industries is a plusMinimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fieldDoes this opportunity resonate with you?
