Tooling Production Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish supplies for all equipment, including ink, rags, and various additives.
• Assess workload on equipment to ensure adequate resources for the morning shift.
• Receive and verify all tooling on a daily basis.
• Assist in the evaluation and repair of any damaged tooling whenever possible.
• Help process all ink requests efficiently.
• Produce ink proofs as required by production needs.
• Maintain precise inventories of production supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Check for and manage return inks.
• Deliver inks to appropriate locations as needed.
• Perform daily organization and cleanliness tasks in the die room.
• Wash out five-gallon buckets as required.
• Prepare tooling for transfer to other facilities.
