job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelors degree in civil / environmental engineering or a related environmental science field 05 years of relevant professional experience (ideal for early-career professionals) Proficiency in hydrologic / hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM) and AutoCAD / Civil3D Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively For engineers : PE license, Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, or plans to obtain licensure in the near future Experience with geomorphology and / or floodplain regulations is preferred Hands-on experience working alongside senior engineers, scientists, and project managers Opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and advancement toward licensure A supportive, collaborative culture built on integrity, innovation, and environmental stewardship Full-time position with a salary range of $70,000$90,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and skills) Comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance, voluntary dental and vision plans, and a retirement plan Additional perks such as flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, profit sharing, and a quarterly discretionary bonus program Career development opportunities in a dynamic and challenging work environment

- Watershed master planning
- Floodplain modeling and regulatory support
- Mud / debris flow analysis
- Stream and river restoration
- Fish passage and barrier design
- Ditch and diversion structure design
- Water quality evaluation and stormwater design
