A company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support their Corporate Accounting Department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and accounting support, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Prepare, distribute, and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation
Maintain and manage record retention systems in compliance with regulatory and company policies
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field; accounting coursework preferred
2-4 years of accounting or administrative experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Solid understanding of accounting principles and ability to apply mathematical concepts to daily tasks
Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently while supporting multiple team members
