Required Qualifications : Coursework / Training : Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Coursework / Training : May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ / experience. Upon hire : Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
