Key Responsibilities
Interact with patients and providers through various communication channels to intake orders and resolve issues
Utilize internal resources to manage multiple patient cases and ensure timely fulfillment of needs
Advocate for patients by proactively guiding their healthcare journey and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer success or service role; healthcare experience is a plus
Strong interest in enhancing customer experience and its impact on business growth
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a collaborative approach
Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work part-time during daytime hours (10 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm Monday-Friday)
