A Norwood based disaster restoration company is seeking an inside sales specialist. This position is full time and you are required to work out of the Norwood office.

Office Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00-4 : 00

Work Location : Norwood, MA

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and set up meetings with the business decision makers to better understand their business needs and how our service could help them.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new customers
  • Promotes / sell services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory / market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products / services
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • This position will require a lot of outgoing phone calls and emails daily
  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
  • Work in sync with the sales team to pursue those leads
  • Attend and speak at weekly sales meetings
  • Research and identify new events / trade groups that the company should be involved in and attend ones that pertain to their market segment

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
