We’re Hiring : Lead Generation Specialist
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who loves building pipelines and driving business growth? We’re looking for a Lead Gen Specialist to help fuel our sales engine by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads that keep our operations thriving.
What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, and qualify potential prospects across target markets
- Manage and track leads through CRM / ERP systems (experience with NetSuite or similar is a big plus!)
- Support outbound campaigns, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and pipeline progress
- Assist with reporting to track KPIs and overall lead gen effectiveness
