Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager manages and nurtures the client relationship during all stages of fulfillment in order to fill open orders quickly and maintain travelers on assignment. Work also includes acting as liaison between client, nursing, sales, recruiting, finance, and corporate services to ensure a high level of customer service. This is a business development and client management position.
Responsibilities
- Screens candidate submittals for accuracy and presentation to client
- Builds headcount in assigned territory
- Acts as primary contact between trustaff and client facility representatives to meet the client's needs and expectations
- Conducts first day arrival calls on all new travelers reporting to assigned clients
- Performs weekly phone and / or e-mail quality checks with clients who have working travelers
- Works with recruiting department on a daily basis to facilitate the placement of the highest qualified professional nurses to our clients and track activities in the client log
- Updates all candidate submittals via internal candidate tracking system (trustaff buckets), daily
- Works with Recruiting, Unbillables and Finance Teams to ensure accurate billing processes are in place and all necessary adjustments are handled in an expedient manner to ensure unbillable hours are in acceptable range
- Communicates all traveler status changes to assigned recruiter within one business day
- Attains client respect and trust by communicating status of agreed upon deadlines with the most qualified travelers available
- Establishes and maintains professional relationship with the client contact to ensure consistency and quality in the placement
- Documents in client file candidate communications with pertinent information on assigned facility, area, duties etc. prior to assignment start date
- Ensures job orders are accurate and the credentialing / compliance teams receive the appropriate file requirements to effectively credential travelers
- Collaborates with the Director of Client Services / Director of Clinical Services on all aspects of assigned client base
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
Requirements and Experience
Two (2) year degree or equivalent experience : Four (4) year degree preferredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales, customer service, or recruiting environmentPrior work experience in the healthcare or staffing environment preferredWorking knowledge of hospital staffing and medical terminology preferredAccuracy and attention to detail while meeting regular deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including coordinating and leading conference callsStrong problem solving and decision making skills, including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures & policiesExcellent time management and organizational abilities while working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to operate independently in a sales environment, developing and maintaining business relationshipsStrong customer service, negotiating and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and handle service issues with integrity, skill and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality during high stress situationsComputer literacy & advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; including Word, Excel and OutlookPhysical Demands and Work Environment

Compensation Range $51,700.00 - $64,600.00
