Medical Management Coordinator

A company is looking for a Medical Management Coordinator I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support for operational inquiries, including benefit verification and authorization management

Review authorization requests and triage for clinical review as necessary

Assist with departmental support tasks, including data tracking and correspondence management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting

Preferred experience in a healthcare / managed care or customer-facing role
