Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Lead - Marrakesh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Retail leads are also responsible for ensuring proper procedures are being followed by associates on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of retail floor operations, ensuring an engaging and efficient shopping experience for guests
• Motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent guest service

• Assist guests with purchases by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service
