Were seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Creative Director to lead our fast-paced creative department at our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida . This role requires a proven leader who can manage and inspire a large network of freelance designers, editors, and creatorsexecuting brand campaigns at scale with tight turnaround times and uncompromising quality.
About the Role
As the Creative Director, you will oversee the conception, production, and delivery of creative assets across multiple brands and campaignsoften simultaneously. Youll ensure that every piece of creative work meets brand standards, resonates with audiences, and is delivered quickly and efficiently. Most campaigns have lead times under one week , requiring strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate teams under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creative process for high-volume sports marketing campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate a large network of freelancers, contractors, and creative partners to deliver content at scale.
- Translate brand strategies, tone, and guidelines into clear creative briefs and deliverables.
- Oversee all visual and conceptual outputensuring consistency, creativity, and precision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and production teams to meet campaign deadlines.
- Implement efficient workflows and tools to streamline creative production and feedback loops.
- Maintain a high bar for quality while balancing the speed and scale of execution.
- Stay current with design trends, sports culture, and social media storytelling.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally within a sports, entertainment, or high-volume agency environment.Demonstrated success managing multiple creative projects and teams simultaneously .Experience working with freelancers and distributed creative networks.Exceptional communication and presentation skillsable to inspire and direct creative contributors effectively.Deep understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under tight deadlines.Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, project management software, etc.).Preferred Attributes
