You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

Your day-to-day :

Design and scale new Oxylabs dashboard and web product.
Work together with the design team to maintain Oxylabs Design System.
Work closely with the Marketing Product and Development teams to join efforts on building Oxylabs products.
Gather and suggest insights to create a more visually pleasing and more convertible Oxylabs website.
Conduct user research and usability testing with potential clients.
Gather and suggest ideas on how to optimize and increase productivity in the design workflow.
Guide the team using user-centered design principles.
Suggest help and get help from other designers to share knowledge across the design team.

Your skills & experience :

3 years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX and UI work.

Excellent knowledge of Figma.

Advanced understanding of design systems and their application.

Strong UI and visual design skills, with a good eye for detail.

Familiarity with common UX patterns.

Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.

Working knowledge of user research processes and methodologies.

Systemic thinker with the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Strong capability in standard product design processes, with the maturity to select appropriate methods for each project.

Experience with SaaS, analytical tools, or dashboard projects (preferred).

A sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have :

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.

Experience in Webflow website development.

Familiarity with technical products.

Salary :

Gross salary : 3100 – 4500 EUR / month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
