Must Have Skills / Attributes : Active Directory, TCP / IP, Troubleshooting

Experience Desired : Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting (2 yrs); TCP / IP, Active Directory, and basic networking protocols (2 yrs); Microsoft Teams, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Suite (2 yrs)

Required Minimum Education : High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education : Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Certifications / Licenses : CompTIA A+ Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac environments
• Utilize the internal ticketing system to manage and resolve technical requests
• Perform desk-side troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and phones
• Set up and configure new PCs and peripheral devices for users
• Ship and handle PC equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed
• Physically install and connect equipment, including crawling or bending under desks
