E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online marketplaces and creating listings for e-commerce platforms. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product listings
Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory levels
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices
Continuously improve and streamline listing processes to increase efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of experience in e-commerce listing management

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace rules and regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other e-commerce tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
