Role Overview :

• Analyze and configure the Epic Research module and associated tools to meet the needs of our healthcare organization by collaborating with business users to understand business processes and gather requirements. - Develop test plans to assure the functionality and integrity of systems configuration - Provide leadership and technical guidance to identify system deficiencies, analyze problems and solutions to conclude and implement corrective action. - Support go-live readiness activities such as training, conversion and day-in-life activities. - Provide ongoing support to end-users on Research features and best practices. - Stay current on the latest Epic Research updates and best practices. - Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling and registration processes

Pay Range : $90,700.00 - $145,300.00 FSLA Status : Exempt
