Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

JOB Title : Family Nurse Practitioner - $10,000 Sign-on

Location : Springhill, LA

Setting : Outpatient Clinic

Shifts : 7 AM - 4PM or 8AM - 5PM (32 hrs / 4 days per week)

Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and evaluate patients' overall health status.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
