We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Floor Manager to lead daily operations in our high-volume restaurant located inside Philadelphia International Airport. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams while maintaining exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and staff morale in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for the position include :
Oversee all aspects of daily floor operations, ensuring efficient service flow between kitchen and dining areas.Supervise and support both FOH and BOH employees during shifts, maintaining teamwork and communication.Ensure all operational, health, and safety standards are followed consistently.Manage shift breaks, side work, and floor assignments to optimize coverage during peak hours.Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and professional customer service.Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and consistency.Conduct pre-shift meetings to review daily specials, service priorities, and goals.Provide feedback and mentorship to help employees grow and maintain morale.Assist in scheduling, labor management, and daily cash handling / reporting.Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management or kitchen leadership.Support cost-control initiatives through efficient staffing, waste reduction, and portion management.Qualifications for an ideal candidate include, but are not limited to :
5+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a high-volume setting (airport or similar environment preferred).Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both FOH and BOH teams simultaneously.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure and multitask effectively.Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems (experience with Toast POS a plus).Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.Food safety certification and / or alcohol service certification.We look forward to hearing from you!
