We are seeking an experienced Medical Spa Manager with a proven background in sales, team leadership, and business development. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, organized, and passionate about aesthetics, client experience, and growing a successful team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and manage aestheticians, front desk, and medical staff
- Set and achieve monthly sales, retention, and performance goals
- Create and implement strategies for client retention, memberships, and new business growth
- Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to plan promotions and client events
- Ensure compliance with company and medical spa standards and procedures
Qualifications :
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience (medical spa, salon, or aesthetic industry preferred)Proven success in sales, leadership, and achieving performance goalsStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilitiesProficient in spa management and CRM softwareCompensation & Benefits :
