It also requires extensive knowledge of specialized, multi-faceted design concepts and media. The designer must be able to create sophisticated, original designs, and comprehensive layout concepts.## Responsibilities

• Leads art direction on high-level design pursuits
• Oversees and coordinates production of materials
• Able to take design projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision
• Liaises / collaborates with marketing and design teams.
• Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
• Reviews work for accuracy and quality
• Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information
• Interprets project needs and understand constraints
• Produces creative, high-impact designs
• Trains designers as necessary on software, tools, and visual communication## Qualifications
• BA degree in design, visual arts, or relevant field
• 7-10 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Software
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and juggle multiple projects under deadline
• Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography
• Strong production and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to visual details
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
