• Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,440 - $1,550 per week\n
• Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n
• Scheduling : Every other weekend required\n
• Staffing : Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) on day / night shifts, Unit Clerks on day shift\n
• Documentation System : Meditech electronic health records\n

• Active RN license (Kentucky or compact state)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience\n
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke certifications required\n
• Advanced clinical skills : chest tube management and dysrhythmia recognition\n
• Experience with remote telemetry monitors and Alaris infusion pumps preferred\n
• Ability to float to Orthopedic and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) units as needed\n
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care\nTelemetry Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced telemetry unit (4 : 1 patient ratio, up to 7 : 1 at peak)\n
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient status\n
• Assist with clinical procedures such as chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis\n
• Document patient care and assessments using Meditech EHR\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Float to Ortho / Med-Surg units per hospital policy\n
• Adhere to telemetry monitoring and stroke protocols\n
