Interim Financial Reporting Director

A company is looking for an Interim Director, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Produce SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports

Prepare technical accounting memos, footnote support, and variance analysis

Collaborate with the C-Suite on financial reporting functions

Required Qualifications

Relevant work experience, including Big 4 public accounting and SEC reporting

Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Experience with SOX compliance

Familiarity with reporting and consolidation tools (e.g., Onestream, Workiva)

CPA certification is highly preferred
