This position supports multiple clinical areas and is responsible for delivering nursing care based on established clinical practices and nursing standards. The RN Float Pool adapts quickly to new environments and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n\nHow you'll contribute\n\nYou'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n
