To transform how millions explore, interact with, and participate in live events worldwide, StubHub is seeking Senior Software Engineers to design and develop next-generation technologies and complex features. You will tackle significant, ambiguous, and non-trivial challenges as a core contributor and innovator, bringing creative technical solutions to life. You will also serve as an advocate and mentor for your team, demonstrating leadership and setting an example for those around you. Location : Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – New York, NY.

About the team Our Audience Intelligence crew is a band of data-obsessed engineers, ML specialists, and product thinkers who architect the unified identity graph and feature platform that gives every team at StubHub a near-real time, 360° view of each fan. We turn noisy clickstreams into high-fidelity fuel for personalization at scale, building pipelines, identity resolution, and enrichment layers that stitch data together in near real time and expose clean, versioned features for models and campaigns.

What You\'ll Do Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across StubHub’s platforms and products to deliver high-quality outcomes

Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code

Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise

Mentor other team members and help increase technical capabilities, fostering inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and creativity

What You\'ve Done 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development

Expertise in building software with Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, and Privacy

Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact

Strong understanding of how systems interact with the production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives

Proven ability to learn new languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools

Experience owning projects from idea to production

Experience mentoring junior engineers

The anticipated gross base pay range is $200,000 - $250,000 USD. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. This base salary is part of StubHub\'s total compensation and benefits package.
