Base pay range : $108,500.00 / yr - $211,500.00 / yr

Responsibilities Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
Risk Assessment : Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote RPS services.
Qualifications Required : Bachelor\'s degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor\'s degree, participation in Gallagher\'s Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma / GED and 6 years experience.
Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the wholesale space.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
Preferred : Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Behaviors : Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
