POSITION SUMMARY
The AuditLink Associate is responsible for the monitoring of transaction activity and employee activity of several credit unions. Periodic tasks are listed within the essential job functions. Attention to detail is vital as is the ability to communicate the findings of the periodic reviews to credit union executives .
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Review daily BSA reports to make suggestions of suspicious behavior and alert client when CTRs should be filed.
2. Review activity on dormant accounts and verify transactions.
3. Review daily file maintenance logs.
4. Review daily wire transfer logs for activity and verify that all information is being maintained and make recommendations to review when activity appears abnormal.
5. Review transaction reversals involving cash or check on member accounts.
6. Review activity on employee accounts and report suspicious activity to Management on a weekly basis.
7. Review OFAC report every week and do investigation on any hits.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals and evolving business needs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience. Equivalent work experience equal to 1-2 years of prior office experience with a focus in business administration or finance.
2. Financial institution experience is preferred.
3. Have the ability to be trained on and understand regulatory requirements associated with job functions.
4. Strong research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information effectively.
5. Ability to learn and memorize quickly.
6. Ability to learn and demonstrate technical proficiency within software suite.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
8. Proficient in preparing operational documents, such as daily run sheets, with accuracy and efficiency.
9. Following workplace safety guidelines and protocols.
10. Maintaining and improving efficiency without sacrificing quality as employee gains experience.
11. Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Ability to deal with external clients as well as internal staff.
14. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
15. Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.

17. Ability to operate telephone, photocopier, fax machines and PC workstation.
18. Regular and predictable attendance.
