A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Experience - Broadband.
Key Responsibilities
Assess customer experience pain points and build a Customer Experience strategy
Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and ensure on-time delivery
Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on operational improvements in the broadband industry
Experience supporting customer operations organizations with knowledge of Call Center and Field Tech Operations
PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Certifications in change management, customer experience, or broadband industry training are desired
